Physically I feel stronger and have more energy

Physically I feel stronger and have more energy. I like having these strength workouts to do- while I do a lot of movement outside of this, before at home I was choosing peloton strength workouts to do randomly, not in any order and I like the progressive nature of the workouts. Mentally I notice that I am more introspective and kinder to myself. As someone with a disordered eating history I wanted to proceed slowly (and have) but have not felt activated at all, in fact, I am really motivated by making changes that support my health. I do notice my stomach feels different, but overall I just have more confidence. ANother mental change is from the "i deserve it" part and working through that...and Im asking myself, how else can I treat myself besides food (as that's been my go-to for eons) and what else do I need in this moment for self care. Good stuff!!
