Preparing food for your goals IS a part of the program. We focus on whole food choices and those don't lie in the center aisles of the grocery store. However we have lots of guides and advice for making meal prep as easy and simple as possible. Expect to spend about 1 hour a week setting yourself up for success for the week ahead.

Absolutely not! Our philosophy takes into consideration that you're not living in a silo! We know you probably have other people you're cooking for. Enjoy the freedom to cook delicious meals your entire family will love. We provide tons of recipe inspiration and guidance along the way. But the ultimate goal is that the blueprint you'll learn will allow you to look at a recipe and know exactly what you need to do to make it fit your goals!

Absolutely not. Challenges (in our experience) tend to promote all-or-nothing thinking. Our New Client program is designed to be a jumpstart for your longer journey toward consistent healthy living.

Yes! All of our live calls are recorded and available on-demand through the Flourish App.

Expect to spend 10 minutes daily in the app for checking in and engaging in the community. For optimal results we suggest three, 30 minute workouts a week (all laid out for you so all you have to do is show up!) and 30 minutes of walking daily (we've got tons of ideas for how to make this fit into your busy life!) You'll also need to carve out about an hour on the weekends to watch the education for the week ahead and spend some time meal prepping as well!

Everyone’s body is different, but if you do the work and you're consistent, you will notice better energy, better sleep, clothes fitting better and you'll never be hungry! However, typical Flourish clients lose 5-8# in the first 8 weeks of their journeys.

No, if you choose not to continue we make canceling before renewal super easy. That said, most of our clients choose to renew because they are excited to continue seeing results.

Our Flourish new client journey is available 5-6 times a year typically January, March, May, August, September and October. Outside of those times our Flourish VIP 1:1 coaching is available by application and our monthly Flourish Fitness membership is available at any time.
