All of our programs focus on a holistic combination of fitness, nutrition and mindset but that doesn’t mean you have to give up all the food you love or eat separate meals from your family. You won’t feel deprived and restricted or need double digit hours of cardio weekly.
We design our workout plans to be fast and effective, so that they easily fit into your busy schedule. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice spending time with the people you love to feel good.

Great question! We love our vegetarian friends, however the Flourish methodology focuses on well-balanced meal planning that includes animal proteins, which are essential for improving metabolism, building lean muscle and losing fat.

Absolutely, everything is modified and adjusted based on your fitness level. Our approach is typically to start slow, giving your body time to adjust to new movements and habits.

Not much! Dumbbells and a few bands, easily stored at home, are a great start. As you get stronger you will add weights as you need them.

Only if you want to get one. We have workout tracks for home and in the gym. For beginners, we also have a bodyweight track (available upon request) with no equipment needed.

We have two options, either 30 or 45 minute sessions. Each track offers 3 full-body progressive overload workouts per week with the option to add HITT workouts 1-2x per week depending on your goals and schedule.
