Hey! I'm Jenn.
I'm so glad you're here. My passion is helping women rediscover their vibrance and confidence while creating the healthy lifestyle they've dreamed of.
As a teenager I struggled with an eating disorder that consumed me. After recovering I still dealt with body image and self confidence issues. I felt like I always needed to be on a diet in order to be healthy. I wanted to find a different way and longed to love my body no matter where it was, whether the scale went up 5 pounds or down 5 pounds. I realized that my mindset was holding me back and that in order to really change my life I needed to change the beliefs I had about myself and what I was capable of achieving.
Throughout my career as a nutrition coach I’ve helped women learn to love their bodies. I teach them how to stop obsessing and start listening to what their body needs. I teach them how to lose the excess weight that is holding them back and keep it off in the long term. I don’t promise quick fixes, because changing your mindset, habits and beliefs takes time and intention. But I do promise that working one on one with a coach who cares about you as an individual makes all the difference.
I spent years struggling with creating a routine when it came to my workouts. I'd start and stop over and over again and then be frustrated when I wasn't seeing results.
When I found progressive overload it completely changed my body and my metabolism. I fell in love with the results I was getting and the fact that I only had to be in the gym for 3 hours a week to get the results I was craving. I finally felt at home in my own body and I like what I saw in the mirror! Our Flourish workouts are designed to help you do the same thing!

Hey! I’m Amanda.
As a nutrition and fitness coach I am committed to helping individuals change their lives through creating habits that support long-term health. I grew up playing sports from the moment I learned to walk, but what I never learned was how to use food to nourish my body and support my healthiest weight.
I know what it is like to hate your reflection in the mirror. In the past I made many destructive choices when it comes to restrictive dieting and disordered eating.
Over time I have worked to change the way I view myself and reestablish a positive relationship with food and exercise.
I am deeply passionate about teaching women what it means to love your body, and how to create a lifestyle that supports a healthy mindset when it comes to food and fitness. This process is a journey. There are no quick-fixes, but with consistency and intention we can work together to create long-term change. As your coach I promise to support you every step of the way.
