Where do I begin: 1. Afternoon slump is gone especially when I get enough sleep 2. Taking a walk if I feel slightly tired has been a game changer 3. Clothes are fitting much looser and some things that were barely fitting I can now wear 4. Inflammation especially in ankles and feet is significantly less and joints are hurting less
